How to book
You can book your stay with us simply and securely through our online booking system. Use any major credit card to instantly book your stay with a deposit of just 20%
- On the calendar below select your arrival date.
- A form will appear where you select the number of nights stay
- The cost of your stay will be automatically calculated for you, including refundable damage deposit. You will also be shown the dates when payments would be due
- If you wish to continue, enter your booking details and proceed to our secure payment page, hosted by Bookalet
- To secure your booking you need to pay 20% in advance as a deposit. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal
That’s it! We will be in touch with you to confirm your dates and payment schedule for the remaining amount, as well as giving you information useful for your upcoming stay.

Payment schedules and cancellation policy
A non refundable fee of 20% of the total booking price is due upon confirmation to secure your booking
Payment of the remaining amount, including damage deposit, will be due no later than 6 weeks before your arrival
Damage deposit will be refunded to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- 1 week or less from arrival date will be charged 100.00 % of booking
- 2 weeks or less from arrival date will be charged 85.00 % of booking
- 3 weeks or less from arrival date will be charged 60.00 % of booking
- 4 weeks or less from arrival date will be charged 40.00 % of booking
- 5 weeks or less from arrival date will be charged 30.00 % of booking
In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, a discretionary payment will be made to you. However, we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
