Roccantica

This photo was taken from the Medieval village of Roccantica. It’s one of my favourite villages in the Sabina, perched on the mountainside and surrounded by forests, it’s very well preserved and kept. Take an hour or so to get lost in its narrow streets and stairways, and every so often you’ll get a view like this one over the rooftops to the countryside spread out below!
