Perched on top of the hills above Poggio Catino - Kate's home will provide outstanding views, amazing bird songs, beautiful sunsets with a spacious and private setting. Everything is provided and the kitchen is equipped for cooking. What a lovely stay and respite after a long flight. The bedroom (bed) and views are just like the pictures - just add comfort. Thank you Kate for a wonderful stay.
Claudia -May 2018Thanks so much for opening your home to us, we loved the 3 days spending time unwinding before our journey home. I don't think we could have chosen a more relaxing place, browsing the hundreds of books, listening to your excellent music collection and the kids playing in the pool and with all the toys. The house has the feel of a real home, having everything you could possibly need. And has so much space inside and out. The area is stunning, with lots to do and see perfect!
Kelly -August 2017Our family stayed at Villa degli Armeni for two months, from February to April 2017, and it was absolutely the best time. The house is located on top of a beautiful mountain and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Barbecue place and sunny weather made our days at the villa even more enjoyable. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and filled with beautiful authentic designs. We fell in love with it at first sight! Special thanks to Kate and her husband for being such wonderful hosts, helping us with any questions we had and for making our stay so easy and relaxed. We really hope to come back to this amazing place again someday!
Ekaterina -March 2017The VIEW is incredible! We stayed for one night and ate and drank Italian wine on the terrace and watched the sunset. A magical experience!!! Best villa view we have every seen. Master bedroom has the beautiful views too!
LJ -June 2016We stayed, sadly, for just one night, I've never experienced such peaceful surroundings! The house is surrounded by forest, but from the porch you have an incredible view. The interiors are fantastic, and well looked after, the house is very welcoming and well organised. I will be back!
Alessio -September 2015
Time to relax .... We spent 7 relaxing days in the hinterland of Rome. The house is very generous with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and several terraces. The decor is very tasteful, besides many books there are also board games for children. In the kitchen there is everything needed for cooking and baking. We felt very comfortable here. Especially the location with a great panorama was impressive. There is neither traffic noise nor noisy neighbors! Kate is a very good hostess always helpful also tips for excursions and sightseeing always available. We can highly recommend a stay with you.
I was born in the UK but moved to Italy many years ago. When I discovered the Sabina area I couldn't believe there could be such an unspoiled area right on the doorstep of Rome. I'm passionate about sharing the subtle charms of the Sabina with guests from all over the world, and opening my home to them.
